Dan Deacon at McCarren Park Pool
The Pool Parties at McCarren Park Pool have been blessed with lovely weather thus far. There really is no better way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Dan Deacon, being a beacon for all things DIY, has of course yet to perform on a stage. The stage at McCarren is probably 10 feet of the ground and yet he still played in the crowd. He is one with the people. I hope he can keep this up forever, including at the push-button battle royal at Webster Hall with Girl Talk and at the huge V-Fest in Baltimore.
