Two Parties - PSNYC at R&R Tonight!
There are two things you should know about (click the images to see flyers bigger):
1. Ex-Lion Tamer and The Subjects at R&R
Yes we are calling this edition of the PSNYC parties Indiesexual. It is tough love. You may have seen the New York centric Movable Hype 8.0 Show earlier this week (more on that later); we are also putting together shows with some really cool New York bands. Come check out Ex-Lion Tamer (10:30pm) and The Subjects (11:30pm) tonight for a measly $7 at R&R (416 West 14th Street). They are streaming music at both their sites.
2. Siren After Party with Stars
Torquil from Stars and Dirty On Purpose will be at this post Siren. I have never been to Union Hall but it is owned by the good folks of Floyd on Atlantic Ave. Supposedly they have two bocce ball courts inside. This might be a good place to relax after a long and hopefully sunny day at Coney Island. There might a suprise acoustic set by a "DJ" too.
